RT Social Care are seeking for Social Worker for the Violence, Vulnerability and Exploitation Team.The post holder will have experience of managing a complex caseload and delivering intensive outreach intervention with young people at high risk of becoming involved in group related offending, county lines, serious youth violence including gangs and child criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation; and/or who are missing, vulnerable and exploitedThe post holder will have the ability to implement effective, innovative and creative intervention plans aimed at improving protective factors for young people engaged with the VVE team, particularly young people who are "hard to reach" and may be evasive or display threatening behaviour.Be knowledgeable about Child Sexual Exploitation and Child Criminal Exploitation and associated risk factorsThe post holder/s will have experience of safeguarding vulnerable children and young people, working in partnership with other key agencies including police, community safety and YOT to share intelligence, carry out skilled interventions, make recommendations and care planning.Be able to work with complexities in responding to the changing need of communities and have a knowledge and understanding of the Contextual Safeguarding approachPlease register your interest now by clicking the Apply now button.
