A requirement for a Designer has arisen with an established fitted furniture company at their North West London showroom.The company design and manufacture fitted furniture and have several showrooms around London. They are a very successful business and have continued to grow year on year. An opportunity has now arisen for a Designer to join their showroom in North West London. The Designer will work with clients to present the range of fitted furniture solutions. The role will be based from the showroom however you will also be required to visit client’s premises to measure up and offer an on-site interior design service.This is an exciting role where you will be working on a variety of different client projects at any one time of varying budgets.Applicants will need to have a strong attention to detail and be proficient at working with measurements and sizes. Along with this is the requirement to have worked in a sales and design capacity previously preferably within the furniture / interiors industry. We must emphasise that this role is very much a sales based position.Employees are required to work on Saturdays each week and will then have Sundays and one other day off per week. (5 day working week) Salary on offer is in the range of £21,000 - £23,000 based on experience plus commission.This makes a great opportunity for candidates that are looking for a role in the interiors industry and who possess strong client relationship building skills.
