Recruitment and HR Administrator required for a Secondary School in HarrowRecruitment and HR Administrator required in HarrowAt Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment and HR Administrator to work full-time in a secondary school in Harrow. Our team has builtan excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.About the role:Core purpose: The post holder is responsible for providing recruitment and HR administrative support to the HR Team to ensure the smooth running of the School’s HR function.The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week, 8:30am - 4:30pm, term-time only.As the Recruitment and HR Administrator you will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.1. Lead and manage recruitment campaigns throughout the recruitment process from start to finish.2. Compiling and uploading recruitment adverts to relevant recruitment portals.3. Collating applications for shortlisting and organising interviews / selection days including liaison with panel members.4. Collect all ID documents and process all pre-employment checks, DBS, police checks, obtaining references and any other pre-employment checks.5. Process and calculate part-time and TTO salaries and contractual documents on the payroll portal and SIMS.6. Create and maintain staff records on SIMS and the external HR provider portal on a daily basis.7. Create and maintain HR files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is filed and correct in accordance with GDPR and relevant policies.The ideal applicant will have:
