Job Description

Are you looking to develop your career in one of the world’s largest Research OrganisationsWe are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our Data Capture Team. The team offers scanning, verbatim coding, response handling for consultations, product despatch, transcription and other ad-hoc requirements across the company. We work on some fascinating projects and you’ll be joining the team who manage the public response. We cover a huge variety of topics so no day will be the same.Public Consultations are a regulatory process by which the publics opinion on matters affecting them is sought. Its main goals are in improving the efficiency, transparency and public involvement in large-scale projects or laws and policies. Data Capture is responsible for collating every response received by various channels; online response form, letter, email or paper response form & coding the open ended verbatim, the projects are varied and challenging since we have no idea how many responses we will receive!The role:As a Project Administrator your role will be to manage a variety of projects from set-up to passing final data to Data Processing keeping to the agreed client schedules and budget whilst ensuring all quality procedures are followed. You’ll also be managing the booking process for consultations.Youll be -

  • Monitoring allocated projects to ensure scheduled times are achieved and within budget
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure data integrity and resolve problems immediately
  • Providing project guidance, support and coaching other members of the team
  • About you:As a Project Administrator joining the team you’ll be someone who is organised and a logical thinker who is able to see beyond he day to day tasks of the project.To be successful in the role you’ll need to -
  • Display strong project management and organisational skills to deliver a variety of projects
  • Demonstrate strong supervision skills; i.e. task delegation, time management, day to day feedback on performance and behaviour
  • Have a strong client focus attitude
  • Client focussed with desire and drive to ensure we deliver to our clients in the smartest way possible
  • Able to build strong relationships within Operations and other teams within the business with the ability to challenge perceived ways of working and thinking
  • Results driven - must be someone who wants to succeed and is motivated by performing at their best
  • Driven and can take the initiative. Works with others on what more can we do’ rather than just accept the current ways of thinking/working. Gets buy in from others through their positive drive
  • Able to stay focused to deliver the end result and overcomes barriers and setbacks
  • Very well organised with great time planning and self-management skills. Will need to work on projects with varying deadlines so need to multi task and ensure priorities and deadlines are not missed
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the department
  • Great at working with others and has the ability to challenge & positively influence team members
