Connect with us and experience the benefits of working with a trusted agency!Location:HarrowContract Type:Agency/Locum (3 months)Pay Rate:£17 per hour (assignment rate) £13.30 (PAYE Rate)Shift/Working Pattern:Full-time/Part-time, Monday – Friday, (09:00 – 17:00)Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and updating the procurement catalogue, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to gather product information for catalogue creation and maintenance.- Aid in monitoring supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.- Provide administrative support in the preparation of procurement documents and reports.- Comply with the organization’s procurement policies and processes.- Help in simplifying the procurement process by creating a user-friendly environment in the catalogue.- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential new vendors or suppliers.- Support in troubleshooting any issues related to the procurement catalogue.- Gather and analyse procurement data to support the decision-making process.- Stay up to date with changes in market trends, products, and pricing.Qualifications:- Prior experience in a procurement role, catalogue management, or a similar role will be advantageous.- Knowledge of procurement processes and catalogue systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Why work with us
