  • Preparation of financial statements for a significant portfolio.
  • Lead the overall delivery of cloud accounting.
  • Develop trusted client relationships, handling complex queries.
  • Strategically oversee department objectives, ensuring deadlines and expectations are being met.
  • Champion the strategic direction of the firm, including scoping new service lines for existing clients and building a network of new business prospects.
  • Manage planning of budgets, driving forward projects with a commercial mind.
  • Deliver sound working knowledge of accountancy software, including CaseWare and Xero.
  • Provide direct line management to Managers, as well as training opportunities for various departments.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
