Business Analyst – Cloud Programme London OUTSIDE IR35 £400 per dayMy client is a London borough council with a requirement to recruit a Business analyst to work on a cloud programme of work. The business analyst will use their specialized information technology and business analyst experience to manage the activities to support the move of the Councils business systems to the Cloud.This will include • Analyse Requirements – Organising, specifying and modelling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.• Specifying Requirements – Ensuring that the documentation of the requirements is in a layout and format that can be easily shared with and understood by stakeholders.• Validating and Verifying Requirements – Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet with relevant quality standards.• Assessing business solutions against requirements and establishing ROM costs for each option put forward.• Producing an options report with recommendations.• Quality assuring the output of a Discovery process being undertaken by a third-party.There are specific deliverables to be achieved and therefore the successful Business analyst will have the specific skills and experience required. Middleware – analysis of existing JBoss/JCat interfaces and mapping to future Azure Integration/Logic Apps SolutionWIFI – detailed requirements capture and liaison with delivery partners on implementation of new corporate solution covering offices including new Depot and remote sitesWorkflow system – analysis of existing Civica EDM and Workflow capabilities and development of detailed roadmap for migration to new Sharepoint and Azure/Powerplatform architecture. Liaison with internal and external delivery partners to procure and mobilise transition plan.Historical Data Archiving – analyse and develop detailed proposals for archiving/disposal and migration (to Azure) of sharepoint, file and application data stored on the legacy Storage Area NetworkIf you have the skills and experience require, Please send you CV in the first instance.
