Job Description

Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-known company based in Harrow.This role offers hybrid workingIf you have 6+ months experience within a pure Accounts Payable focussed role, this would be perfect for you!Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all invoices and credit notes are processed correctly
  • Managing and posting manual invoices
  • Maintaining Accounts Payable Ledgers
  • Maintaining the accounts inbox and passing emails onto relevant individuals Managing Supplier deposits, prepayments and proformas
  • Reviewing and clearing all invoice queries as soon as possible
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure good working relationships are maintained
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with other internal teams and departments to ensure regular two-way communication around all financial issues
  • Coordinating with the team on any ad hoc requests and projects
Requirements:
  • 6 months experience in Accounts; understanding of creditors ledgers
  • Good communicator, verbally and in writing; friendly personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, especially Excel
  • Good time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
