Trainer/Assessor- Improving Operational Performance/PMO/BITWe have a great opportunity to join a highly successful Training Provider based in North Yorkshire.Based on recent growth, we are now looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor with experience of delivering Improving Operational Performance Apprenticeships.As an experienced Trainer/Assessor in Operational Performance Apprenticeships you can expect to receive a salary of up to £34000, 25 days+bank holidays, 5% Pension and business mileage paid at 45 pence per mile.This is a field based position covering Yorkshire and we are looking for the successful candidate to start ideally April 2020We are looking for experienced Trainer/Assessors who have experience delivering up to Level 3 in Improving Operational Performance, Lean Manufacturing and Improvement TechnicianAs a qualified Trainer Assessor you will ideally come from a manufacturing/engineering background and have a good understanding of Lean Techniques.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities of the Trainer/Assessor- Lean" Delivering Improving Operational Performance Apprenticeship training programs to Level 3" To complete assessment and programme delivery within selected time scales" To ensure requirements of awarding and funding bodies are achieved and internal procedures followed," Carry out an inductions which includes an initial assessment with the learners" Providing learners with the necessary support and guidance to enable them to evidence their knowledge and experience to meet the qualification standards" Visit candidates within the workplace to coach and mentor the learner through the required standards. Prepare action plans, undertake assessments and provide feedback" Delivering a high level of teaching, learning and assessment in line with regulatory awarding body standards." Ensuring appropriate paperwork is submitted on time and meets audit standards."
