We have lovely views of the River Wharfe and the surrounding countryside. A short walk from Wetherbytown square, we are close to shops, pubs, cafes, a library, colleges, and a sports centre. York and Leeds are also nearby. With public transport access only a short walk away getting to and from the service wont be a problem.Your new roleAs a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant, you will provide a high level of tailored, personal care and support, ensuring the needs of the people who use our services are met in positive and creative ways. Youll assist with daily tasks including personalcare, medication and assistance at mealtimes. Encouraging choice and participation on a day to day basis you will enable our customers to attain their full potential, living the life they choose by.You will receive ongoing training and development to build your skills, experience and career.Its a job that can be challenging at times but is balanced by the unrivalled sense of long-term satisfaction. It is a career that you can feel proudof!No experience needed!You dont need any specific qualifications or experience although experience of providing personal care is advantageous.
