Senior Management Accountant, £42-47,000, HarrogateHybrid workingAre you a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant looking for a new challenge and to be part of a constantly developing and evolving business Due to continuous growth this is a newly created role to support the wider team.Skills Required:• Qualified Accountant, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or QBE with 5 years of management accounts experience.• Experience of working in all areas of accounts.• Strong financial, analytical modelling and problem-solving skills.• Proven experience with spread sheets and financial programs. • Ability to successfully handle several priorities simultaneously.• Strong knowledge and experience in the production of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the submission of monthly management accounts within contractual deadlines.• Responsible for the submission of Balance sheet lead schedules within contractual deadlines.• Responsible for ensuring P&L and Balance Sheet queries are responded to.• Provide variance analysis and commentary by working with the sales and operational teams.• To ensure client queries are dealt with in a timely manner.• Production of client financial reforecasting. • To support with the client’s Annual Statutory Audit.• To support in the production of the client’s annual budgets.• To ensure Standard Operating Procedures and controls are maintained.• To review and implement new processes to deliver reporting and administrational efficiencies.• Manage a team operating within strict deadlines.• To develop, maximise potential, and set the team’s personal objectives.• Support on ad-hoc tasks and reporting.• To support and maintain best practice in regard to GDPR at all times.In return you will be offered:• Salary £42-47K• Hybrid working of 2 days home, 3 days office.• Flexi hours • Working for a progressive company• Various benefitsIf you would like to find out more about the role call the office number to talk to Nicola or to apply email in your CV.INDACT
