Job Description

Senior Finance AssistantPart Time - 15 hours, Hybrid Working AvailableWe are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Assistant to join this friendly and busy office based in Harrogate. You will be offered flexible working hours and hybrid working once fully trained. This role may suit someone who is looking to work around schoolhours.The main purpose of this Senior Finance Assistant role is to support the Finance Manager and assist with processing income and expenditure invoices and to process multiple payrolls, amongst other general finance duties.Responsibilities:

  • Processing income and expenditure invoices
  • Checking statements
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Point of contact for all finance queries
  • Assisting with audits
  • Preparing and producing monthly reports
  • Plus other general finance admin to support the Finance Manager
Requirements:
  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • Experience using Sage and/or Xero
  • Good communication skills
  • A good head for numbers and attention to detail
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold your own driving licence
  • Available to interview in the next 7 days
As Senior Finance Assistant you will report directly to the Finance Manager. Initially this role is office based but once trained will offer hybrid working with flexible hours. You will work around 15 hours per week, over 3 days.
