They are now looking to appoint a full time Senior CRM Manager to join their highin demand business.Client DetailsOur client are a family run business that started in 2003 with a very small team but have now expanded with warehouses in the UK and Europe and selling to millions of customers worldwide. Their focus is delivering high quality products and are extremelyproud of their over hundreds of decorate lights available for customer purchase, each one serving a purpose.DescriptionAs a Senior CRM Manager you will be responsible for:- Managing and developing all communications striving for a best in class customer service- Monitoring, report on and grow the marketing database and increasing email engagementDevelop engaging email templates- Create, monitor and manage offers used in all campaigns- Support the delivery of campaign emails helping to improve targeting and personalisation- Reporting to the Head of CRM, with opportunity for personal development, improvement and growth- Create reports and communicate performance of marketing sign ups, new customer conversion and email communication- Taking ownership of a continuous test and learn plan for CRM activity- Deliver a high level of first class customer service where possibleProfileThe successful candidate will have:- At least 2 years experience working within a CRM role- Experience working with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferable)- Be self-motivated, uses initiative and ambitious- Work well as one team and across all departments in the business.- Currently working or has experience of working in a fast-paced ecommerce retail business (experience of one or more of the home/garden/fashion sectors is desirable)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Highly organised with keen eye for detailJob OfferFlexible remote working + generous holiday package + pension plan + supported environment + other excellent benefits
