Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable company whose head office is based in Harrogate who are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join the business!Client DetailsPage Personnel are currently working with a reputable company whose head office is based in Harrogate who are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join the business!DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Managing ledgers across multiple disciplines within the business and ensuring strong relationships are maintained
  • Producing aged debt reports, conducting monthly meetings to maximise aged debt collection across the businesses and other Credit Controllers within the business
  • Monitoring current customer portals and ensuring invoices are uploaded onto the portal correctly and in a timely manner
  • Monthly ledger reviews with Credit Controllers throughout the business and setting targets for them to achieve
  • Point of escalation for any complex query issues
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email to ensure prompt collection of invoices
  • Escalating any issues to senior management to mitigate financial risk to business
  • Providing data for the cash forecast
  • Visiting depots for debtor reviews when required
ProfileSuccessful candidate will posses:
  • Worked in a similar role before
  • Worked with complex billings and queries before
  • CICM Qualification or part qualified desirable
  • Microsoft literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
Job OfferSalary up to £32,000 per annum + 25 days holiday plus banks + pension + Work from home + free on site parking.
