Elevation Accountancy & Finance have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller, to join a key client based in Harrogate, on a permanent basis!Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for maximising cash collections through building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships. To investigate and resolve any queries and discrepancies within agreed timescales. Attributeswill include a positive and can do attitude, determined and customer focussed.Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Pro-actively chase / resolve current and aged debt. • Assistance and resolution of Member / commercial client queries. • Raise and process invoices. • Allocate receipts to invoices on a timely basis. • Support with daily bank postings and reconciliations. • Updating credit control notes. • Assist with the aged debtors report weekly with commentary. • Developing member / commercial client relationships. • Support on ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
