Job Description

Our Harrogate based client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing business. In this role, you will be a key player in building and maintaining successful, long-term customer relationships. As the Commercial lead on several key accounts,you will collaborate with buyers, brokerage partners, and the design and product management team to identify opportunities and drive growth.The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, driven individual ideally with experience in greetings cards/FMCG. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile, customer-facing role within our friendly and talented team.If you have experience with greeting cards whether it be as a buyer or as a key account manager this could be a fantastic opportunity for your next move.Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships at multiple levels.
  • Identify and deliver profitable solutions for Pigment while effectively representing the customers needs internally.
  • Prepare for and lead customer meetings with a cross-functional team.
  • Utilize up-to-date market knowledge and sales data to influence a high-performing product team in delivering superior products.
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in Account Management, preferably with UK grocery retailers/FMCG, and a track record of successful deliverables.
  • Commercial acumen, with strong numerical skills and excellent attention to SKU level detail.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • A can-do attitude with plenty of initiative.
