* Customer service role with a nationwide client base* Growing company with lots of ambition* 32 days holiday plus birthday leaveOur Harrogate based client, who offer a fantastic product range nationwide, are now searching for a new Sales Account Coordinator to join their established and fast-growing team. As a leader in their industry, they pride themselves on delivering outstandinglevels of service to help foster excellent relationships with their loyal client base.Core duties as Sales Account Coordinator:* Being on hand to answer inbound calls to take orders, effectively dealing with queries* Proactively making outbound calls to customers to take orders* Building excellent, long-lasting relationships with customers* Providing an exceptional level of after sales service and continuity for clients* Inputting sales/orders via website, email or telephone as appropriate* Preparing and sending emails relating to enquiries and sales calls* Maintaining accurate information on CRM databaseKey skills required:* Demonstrating an articulate, enthusiastic and confident approach with an excellent attention to detail* Having naturally ability in generating rapport, building productive customer relationships and communicating with people at all levels* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Managing a high workload and multiple deadlines simultaneously* Thriving whilst working as part of a team and whilst lone working* Experience of working in a varied and busy environment whilst displaying brilliant administrative skills* Excellent organisational & time management skills* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAs Sales Account Coordinator youll be employed on a permanent, full time basis and youll receive a basic salary of up to £27,000 with an OTE of £30,000.
