  • Provide exceptional service.
  • Coach and motivate your team.
  • Attract, recruit and train staff.
  • Develop a high performing team.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while developing others to do the same.
  • Lead a consultative based selling sales approach where all recommendations are based on customers individual needs.
  • Analysing Week to Date, Month to Date, Year to Date sales and develop action plans to drive top line sales.
  • Help grow awareness of the brand within the local community.
  • Keep up to date with the latest products and promotions.
  • Serve customers at the till and ensure the companies banking procedures are followed.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance.
  • Ensure the shelves are full and products priced accordingly.
  • Deal with escalated complaints.
  • Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Who Were looking forOur ideal candidate will be a strong leader who shares our passion for health and wellbeing. It is essential that candidates have experience of managing and developing a team within a retail environment. The ability to motivate your team to achieve targetsand provide outstanding customer service is also a must. Previous experience working within a Pharmacy and anyone with nutritional qualifications would be a huge advantage.Benefits
