  • Provide exceptional service.
  • Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
  • Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a personalised service.
  • Serve customers at the till and ensure the companies banking procedures are followed.
  • Maintain regular store maintenance.
  • Ensure shelves are full and products priced accordingly. Keep up to date with the latest products and promotions.
  • Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Who Were looking forOur ideal candidate will share our passion for health and wellbeing and take pride in offering outstanding customer service to everyone who comes through our doors.We are looking for a team player who brings a positive can-do attitude to the company. Candidates will need to follow a consultative approach to sales so good listening skills and the ability to understand and interpret information are essential.Ideally candidates will have some retail experience and basic IT skills are essential.Previous experience working as a Pharmacy technician, dietician or nutritional qualifications would be a huge advantage.Benefits
