Painter & DecoratorFlexible hours, part time and full time consideredHarrogate areaUp to £15phWe are seeking a qualified or time served Painter and Decorator for 6-12 month role in the Harrogate area. You will undertake the updating and refurbishment of residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties around the area. you will be employed directly by our clinet on a tempoaray contract and the role could go permanent for the right candidate.As the Painter & Decorator you will:Undertaking preparation of walls / surfaces including filling, sanding, plastering and undercoatingWorking with a range of standard and specialist paintsEnsuring all painting and finishing is done to a very high standardUndertaking snagging and small touch up / repair tasks as well as full redecorationCalculating of materials, working to budgets and ordering as requiredEnsuring all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelinesPlastering and patch plasteringAs the Painter & Decorator / Building Maintenance Technician, you will:Be a time-served or qualified Painter and decorator with extensive experienceHave your tools & equipmentHold a full cleaning driving licence and your own vehicle, as the role is not commutable by public transportbe able to provide references and evidence of you high quality of workmanshipBe computer literateBe well presented, personable and professionalBe able to work to a high level of quality with a confident understanding of calculating materials and costingsBe health and safety awareCall Yasemin at Travail on to arrange an immediate interviewTravail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
