Job Description

Paid Performance Marketing Manager Salary: £45,000- 55,000Location: Harrogate - Hybrid working 3 days in the office each weekOur client is a fast growing and innovative consumer product company, and they are looking to recruit a Paid Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. Selling products via their own website, Amazon and online via retailer partners they have globaldistribution in over 50 countries.As the Paid Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisitions and retention. The role will involve planning and implementing performance marketing campaigns with a key focus being on Amazonand Amazon Search.We are looking for someone with strong background in Ecommerce, experience of Amazon Ads is ideal, or a strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid performance on social media. You will have a knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and be results focusedand analytical in approach.Duties include:

  • Managing the paid media and digital marketing strategy
  • Producing creative multi-channel campaigns
  • Planning and implementing performance marketing and direct to consumer campaigns
  • Driving traffic across Search (Amazon AMS/ Google Ads/ Shopping) and display (Amazon DSP) and other retail media
  • Managing CRO on their direct-to-consumer websites
  • Maximising Cost per Acquisition and ROI
  • Managing the acquisition budget
  • Working with key stakeholders within the ecommerce team to ensure integrated plans and content
  • Manage agency performance,
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a commercially focused ecommerce role, with a good understanding of digital technologies
  • Previous experience managing Amazon Ads or Google Ads is essential
  • Strong paid search experience and cross-channel experience in SEO, paid social, display etc.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Results-driven marketer with proven analytical skills and advanced Excel skills for planning and reporting
