Marketing ManagerAn exciting opportunity to join a busy marketing function within a leading business in the heart of Harrogate.As Marketing Manager you will work with the Director of Marketing to develop the Marketing Strategy and annual Marketing plan for the business which you will be responsible for implementing. This will be include day to day marketing and events activitiesfor the business in order to generate enquiries.This is a full time position, salary is between £35,000 - £38,000 p/a based on experience plus excellent benefits including a higher level pension contribution, 20 days annual leave + stats increasing with level of service, free meals, casual dress and muchmore.Responsibilities include:· Management of the marketing function including strategy development, management of annual marketing budget, and ongoing analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities· Line management of marketing team· End to end event management· Management of the business brand· Pro-actively identify and research potential new events for participation· Oversee the delivery of Social Media activities and the development of the social media content calendar across all areas of the business· Oversee the management of the company website· Utilise Google Analytics to measure and report the effectiveness of the Digital Marketing activities· Data managementCandidate requirements:· CIM Marketing qualification or a degree level equivalent qualification in Marketing· Broad based background in marketing· Extensive experience of event marketing and end to end management of customer facing events· Experience of managing external marketing agencies· Experience of managing advertising campaigns· Experience of analysing and reporting on marketing ROI· Excellent attention detail· Strong IT skills· Positive and responsive· Line management experience is beneficial but not essentialThis position is suited to a candidate who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
