A leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of ventilation products is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to help deploy marketing plans and promotional campaigns and to oversee the actions of the wider marketing team.Marketing and Communications Manager Role:Reporting to the Marketing and Products Director, the Marketing and communications Manager is responsible for the managing of the Companys marketing initiatives, ensuring that all promotional material and marketing campaigns are in line with brand identity. You will analyse the performance of campaigns to make sure they are running in line with the strategy outlined by the business. You will be the direct Line Manager to the Graphic Designer and the Digital Marketing Executive.Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:*Create and implement best practice marketing principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance.*Managing the Companys marketing initiatives, ensuring that all promotional material and marketing campaigns are in line with brand identity *Analysing the results of campaigns and ensuring they are in line with the marketing strategy. *Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. *Producing content with your team for the website that will help drive traffic. *Build strategic relationships and partnerships with 3rd parties such as agencies or printers. *Oversee and approve marketing material and deploy successful marketing campaigns.*Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. *Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.*Managing internal communications and internal branding. *Analysing customer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.Marketing Manager - General Duties:*Provide outstanding products and an effortless customer experience.
