We are currently recruiting for several individuals to join our clients Market Research team in Harrogate.Your responsibilities:* Contacting employers to arrange and conduct telephone interviews* Organising appointments across a number of days and politely chasing contacts* Conducting 15 minute (max) interviews with employers* Explaining the concept for new products and services clearly and effectively by telephone* Writing up notes from each interview in full and in clear English* Working to their own initiative to manage a contacts list and achieve set interview targetsIdeal candidates must have:* Experience of working on the telephone (making outbound calls, good professional manner, telephone interviewing etc)* Market research experience* Good organisational ability* Hard working attitudeYou will be required to work from home so must have access to a computer and also your own phone.Please click apply to send your CV over or call Leigh onCordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
