Job Title: Maintenance Operative - General BuilderLocation: HarrogateSalary: £22,571- £24,920 per annumJob type: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)Closing Date: 3rd April 2022Looking for a new start Come and work at Harrogate Borough Council.Our values guide everything we do, and everything we do has an impact on the people who live here.About the role:The Councils Property Services & Facilities Management Team is looking for a General Builder to join the In-House Maintenance Team, who carry out repairs and maintenance to the Councils social housing and public buildings.About you:Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake plastering, tiling, brick laying and general building repairs to a high standard and ideally have some other trade skills. Applicants will need to have the highest levels of customercare and have a cheerful and positive disposition. Experience of working in social housing or public buildings would be an advantage.A full valid driving license is required.
