Job Description

Lettings NegotiatorHarrogate£19,000 - £324,000 DOE + bonusPermanent, Full timeMy client, an independent Estate Agent based in central Harrogate are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a well established team with a good reputation.The role will involve:

  • Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties
  • Carrying out viewings and booking property valuations
  • Negotiating rent terms and liaising between Tenants and Landlords
  • Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business
  • Dealing with all Property Management enquiries from both Landlords & Tenants
  • Referencing applicants to ensure they meet required criteria set by individual landlords
  • Ensuring that all necessary safety certificates are carried out
  • Inputting property, landlord and tenant information onto the internal CRM system
  • Drawing up Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements
    • About you:
  • You will ideally have minimum 1 years’ experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
  • You must have high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of their work
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You can quickly and easily build rapport and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • You are computer literate with experience on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally other property related software
  • You are searching for a long-term career within the property industry
  • You will have a strong geographical knowledge of the Harrogate area
  • You must hold a clean UK driving licence
