An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to develop in their careers with a reputable, expanding firm based in North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets, Points of Dispute & Replies and undertaking negotiations with advocacy experience also being preferable. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a varied caseload of costs recovery work (including high-value work) & costs management.Excellent client management and communication skills are required.
