Job Description

We are currently seeking an individual for an Internal Sales and Telemarketing Executive position based in Harrogate. You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven individual who strives for results. If you would like to join a team who are passionate about what they do and have a dynamic approach to growing their business andyou believe you could be a good addition to the team, then this may be the role for you!As the successful Internal Sales and Telemarketing Executive your duties will include:

  • Carrying out proactive sales
  • Composing email correspondence
  • Preparing Excel databases for phoning or marketing campaigns
  • Providing information to, logging, and following up incoming website and email enquiries by phone, email, and/or post
  • Prepare and send quotations and follow up as required
  • Updating details and notes on opportunities and prospects on the CRM
  • Attending our weekly sales meetings and any specific market sales meetings or teleconferences
  • Answering the phone and recording messages for relevant colleagues
  • Make sure filing systems are kept up to date
  • Develop a sound knowledge of the product ranges
  • Complete any other adhoc duties as required by the business
Skills required:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a constant desire to learn
  • IT literate - MS Office Software
  • Organised and the ability to manage and be efficient with time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within team environment
In return our client is looking to reward the successful Internal Sales and Telemarketing Executive with a competitive salary between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus a commission structure.
