We are currently recruiting for a successful and growing organisation in Harrogate for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join their busy talent team on an interim contract for the next 3 months The role will be based from home. Reporting into a Director of people and working alongside another talent specialist you will be driven and ambitious and hungry for a role where you can make their mark and add significant value during a high volume recruitment project.You will manage key relationships within the business, manage the full recruitment process from advertising to offer, screening, initial interviews, all the paperwork, candidate attraction and building talent pools – in particular utilising social media.To be considered you must be immediately available, have experience in the above, be expert with tools such as Linked in, confident communicator who can manage expectations and hiring managers time lines, and a candidate used to recruiting for positions from entry level right up to senior management and high volumes!If you are an experienced recruiter now looking for a fresh challenge and can start immediately please get in touch.
