Job Title: Import Coordinator Location: Harrogate, HG3Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday Salary: £30,000 - £35,000This role forms part of a family business dealing with importing goods globally & exporting within the UK.You’ll be responsible for managing the import & export process from start to finish and ensure products comply with international and domestic regulations and in accordance with HMRC customs regulations.Responsibilities:• Coordinate import/export shipments, including custom clearance and documentation• Monitor and analyse import/export data to identify any issues • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations• Develop, maintain and update internal policies and procedures • Conduct regular audits across all areas of regulatory complianceEssential Skills: • Previous experience working in an import position • Experience with HMRC regulations• Strong administrative, organisational, and analytical skills• Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills inc Microsoft OfficeBenefits:• Competitive Salary dependent on experience• 32 days holiday including bank holidays and Xmas closure• Full time, Monday - Friday Hours • Private Health Scheme • Free onsite parking• Company events • Option to attend tradeshowsRef: 22080
