Job Description

Graphic Designer - Remote working - 2 days a month in the office in Harrogate, North YorkshireOur client a high end luxury retailer, areseeking a highly creative individual ready to take on the exciting opportunity of visually communicating our brand. The main requirement is to understand the brand and apply it creatively and professionally online.Key Responsibilities:

• Producing professionally designed artwork and assets to be used across marketing channels (website, social, display, paid media, emails, internal, etc)
• Editing raw video footage to create highly-engaging and modern videos to be used across social (stories, reels, posts), YouTube and websites.
• Create attention grabbing headlines to accompany concepts to capture our audiences attention
• Full project management from briefing to delivery
• Ownership of the brands visual output, ensuring a systematic management of all files and projects
• Work together with an inspired wider team to deliver consistent and engaging creative output across all touchpoints in the user journey
• Work with foresight to navigate through business challenges and unexpected problems to ensure success; be solutions-orientated and a creative problem solver.
• Be able to measure project success beyond delivery; working with the marketing team to proactively seek out feedback and results.
• Respond to performance data to influence future creative work.
• Leading and managing the companys email marketing campaigns and strategy:
• Mapping out user journeys, create implementation plans and take full control of the cycle using the current operational platform
• Design, build and deployment of email campaigns including some basic HTML work
• Managing templates & layouts
• Managing and optimising data lists

Skills/Competencies

• Expert competency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and organisation skills with a strong attention to detai
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in both a team environment and on your own
• Drive, ambition and enthusiasm to deliver results and establish a senior role in the team
• Ability to work effectively in a high pressure and deadline-driven environment

Experience/Qualifications

• A degree in a creative field such as graphic design/digital design, fine arts, visual communication, art direction or similar
• At least 2years experience in within an agency or in-house setting ( can be flexabledependent on candidate)
• Strong typographic sense and thorough knowledge of graphic design, branding/marketing and brand building
• Strong knowledge of digital best practice/guidelines
• Extensive design and artworking experience
• Advanced knowledge Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro
• Excellent understanding of digital design
