Job Description

Franchise and Banking Assistant, Harrogate, £23,000Hybrid working available and excellent benefitsAre you looking for a company that offers excellent benefits and hybrid working. Do you have accounts experienceWe are currently recruiting for a Harrogate based company who have a requirement for someone to complete daily banking and franchise accounting tasks in order to achieve a monthly target of paying franchise commission and completing month end.Key Duties:

  • Resolve problems relating to Franchisee accounts.
  • Check and prepare monthly franchise statements and pre-payments.
  • Pay Franchisee Commission.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Franchisees for any finance related queries.
  • Franchise statements reconciliation.
  • Enter all payments/receipts on to the bank. .
  • Payment/receipts import to Sage.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts and prepare bank reports.
Skills Required:
  • To deliver tasks with a focus on quality and quantity.
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data/records as required.
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising and respond appropriately according to policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change or development.
