Financial Planning Administrator, £28K, HarrogateThe roleDo you have experience of Financial Panning Are you looking for a new challenge, to be part of a company that is constantly evolving and growingThis role is centred around providing support to the financial advisers, enabling them to deliver a first-class service.Skills Required:• Financial Planning support essential • Must be numerate and literate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.• Must be proficient in Word and ExcelKey Duties:• Provide full administrative support to several Financial Planners.• Process, and follow through to completion, the setting up of new investments and policies for clients, which include pension and SIPP contracts, Investments and Protection policies for personal and business clients.• Process online fund switches and manage through to completion.• Maintain systems with adding of new clients and maintaining the portfolio content to include contributions and withdrawals plus other ad hoc details. • Utilise the client management system to accurately process new and existing business, including monthly valuations and diary management.• Provide, review and valuation documentation in relation to client reviews and deal with any changes to the portfolio and/or client circumstances.• Point of contact for company, client and third-party queries when dealing with new and existing business. • Liaise with external parties regarding any queries.• Adhere to Consumer Duty.In return you will be offered:• Salary £28,000• Hybrid working• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.• A range of benefits which includes private medical insurance, Group life insurance.• 6% employer pension contribution• Further education and training support• Discretionary performance related bonus• Confidential Employee Assistance Programme• 2 days per year for voluntary workTo find out more about this role you can call Nicola on the office number or email in your CV to apply.INDACT
