Job Description

Facilities HelpdeskHarrogateTemporary, Full time£10.75p/hReed Harrogate are recruiting for a temporary Facilities Helpdesk Advisor for our client based in Harrogate. This is a temporary position required to have someone start immediately, for the right candidate this role could lead to a permanent opportunity.The role involves:

  • Manage day to day property and procurement related matters
  • Maintain and update trackers
  • Monitoring internal systems, emails and calls relating to relevant matters
  • Placing orders with approved suppliers
  • Prioritising tasks and instructing appropriate contractors / internal support. Chasing and managing outstanding goods / services in a timely manner
  • Working cooperatively with the operations team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are established, maintained and monitored
About you:
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS office (specifically MS Excel)
  • Self motivated and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
