Are you an experienced PA looking for work in the Harrogate/Leeds area If so, we are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Accountancy firm who are currently based in Harrogate but will be moving to Leeds City Centre in August/September next year.The successful candidate will be required to provide a professional, flexible and high standard of support to two busy Partners and their teams across the office.The role:Reporting to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, responsibilities will include:o Diary management for Partners to include arranging meetings and video conference calls and booking meeting roomso Minute taking (as required). o Digital dictation (as required)o Preparing and submitting expense claims.o Booking travel and accommodationo E-mail management on behalf of Partners (if required).o Participating in the Reception rota, assisting with meeting room servicing and filing incoming posto Liaising with clients and others in a professional and polite manner, following up on any agreed actions.o Taking a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and intermediaries.Reward & Benefitso A 35-hour working week with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pm.o Agile working policy giving you the option to work from home for up to 2 days per week. o Paid overtime or time off in lieu.o Contributory pension scheme (The firm will contribute 5% of salary on a matched basis with the employee from their date of joining).o Life assurance cover of 4 x annual salary,o Working from home allowance of £25 a month.o Eligibility for the firms Profit-Sharing Plan that runs from October to September each year.
