Job Description

E-Commerce Account Manager - Amazon Location: HarrogateHybrid working options 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOEOur client is a fast growing, creative consumer product company based in North Yorkshire and they are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Account Manager. The role will involve managing the relationship with Amazon for the UK and EMEA region and requires someonewith a strong knowledge of Vendor Central account management and Amazons Advertising Tools. The role will involve growing the Amazon business, analysing forecasting and sales data, liaising with supply chain to ensure the correct stock levels,negotiating prices changes, analysing performance of products across the different markets, and driving opportunities for growth.The key thing we are looking for is experience in Account management of Amazon Vendor Central accounts. You will have a background in building relationships with Amazon Account Managers, forecasting, business development and have a driven and ambitious approach.Key duties will include:

  • Manage Amazon Accounts through the Vendor Central Portal
  • Build strong customer relationships with weekly/ bi-weekly meetings
  • Develop joint business plans
  • Developing the Amazon Marketplace strategy
  • Monitor and analyse performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Managing the forecasting across all markets and products
  • Negotiate trade terms and ensure legal compliance
  • Support with review meetings with online retailers
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify areas of growth
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to ensure that ecommerce sales and operations run smoothly
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts is essential
  • Experience in digital marketing is a benefit
  • Strong account management experience
  • An understanding of strategy, forecasting, listing/ keyword/ creative optimization, testing and research.
  • Forecasting and sales analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
