Job Description

up to £35K (DOE)Our client who works in the Leisure Industry is looking for a skilled marketer with primary focus on social media growth; including excellent photographic skills for stock presentation and lifestyle photos, which relates to their websitesand social media posts. The role involves attendance at shows a few times a year.Youll be involved in all levels, including standardising branding across all platforms, running campaigns, SEO and content creation, increasing engagement and awareness across all social media channels, updating the company on social media growth and handingall social media community enquiries.Requirements:

  • Demonstrable previous experience of work on SEO projects and knowledge of software
  • Strategy planning, including the creation, implementation, and delivery of the marketing calendar
  • Knowledge of google and Facebook ads and set up of weekly/daily marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills including attendance and presentation at shows; obtaining customer feedback, handling customer service enquiries through live chat and phone calls
  • Excellent creative writing and proof editing skills for consistent content creation and scheduling across all Social Media outlets including video, blog and social media posts
  • Incorporation of branding to standardise the look and layout of all advertised homes
  • Ensuring physical stock is presented to the highest standard in all stock photos and media outlets, and at the relevant shows
  • Experience of working with CRM systems, website, and email automations
  • Budgeting, analysis, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics to show social media growth and engagement; and offering ideas for improvement
  • Up to date with current marketing and social media trends
  • Familiarity with some of the following platforms gumtree, auto trader, eBay, UK holiday homes, and park finder would be a bonus
Skills/Experience:
  • Proven experience on implementation of growth through SEO
  • Up to date on Social Media marketing
  • Excellent English copywriting and proof editing skills
  • Photography skills with an eye for detail
  • Confident, organised, self-motivated with a positive attitude
