Job Description

Customer Service Advisor, Harrogate £22k.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the phone and problem solving / trouble shooting whilst ensuring an excellent level of customer satisfaction.Main Duties

  • Dealing with customers by telephone
  • Trouble shooting to determine what the problem is and offering potential solutions.
  • Organising returns where necessary, ensuring that the relevant paperwork is provided
  • Contacting customers to ensure that the process is completed.
  • Updating the database throughout the process.
Key Skills
  • Confident and articulate telephone manner.
  • Strong questioning skills with the ability to problem solve.
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of IT parts is preferred but not essential.
  • Good Keyboard skills.
  • Attention to detail.
Package
  • Basic salary is £22k
  • 22 days holiday (+ bank Holidays) increasing to 27 days
