Job Description

Salary £22,000 - £24,000 DOE - Harrogate - PermanentOur client - a leading business who provide quality support throughout the UKare currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinator who will assist anexisting Compliance Team in managing and coordinating the compliance and planned maintenance requirements.Duties willinclude.

  • To be the first point of contact for clients and third-party vendors either via the phone or email regarding any compliance issues.
  • Manage planned works through to completion.
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers and in-house maintenance technicians to ensure the satisfactory and timely completion of all issues related to compliance activities and chase where needed to ensure all KPI’s are met.
  • Review all planned compliance and maintenance activities to arrange times and access keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
  • To manage the compliance system.
  • Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager.
You will have the following skills:
  • Excellent IT Skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic Knowledge of property services/facilities management and systems preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willing to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances and our faced paced office environment.
  • Key attributes are an ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive ‘can do’ attitude and to.
  • Become quickly established to add value to the business.
The successful candidate will be offered the following benefits
