Credit Controller, 22-24,000, HarrogateWe have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join this large employer at their Head Office in Harrogate. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for maximising cash collections through building and maintaining internal andexternal customer relationships. Attributes will include a positive and can do attitude, determined and customer focussed. This role would suit someone wanting to develop their Credit Control career or given the right skillset, and mindset wanting to startthis journey.Key duties: Build strong relationships with internal and external customers Take ownership of allocated ledger of customers and chase for overdue payments in line with process/workflow with the aim of reducing aged debt profile and improving percentage of debts paid to terms. Log queries in a timely and accurate manner, and work with the business to resolve as efficiently as possible. Under guidance, take ownership of specified customer reporting and debt/payment analysis, ensuring off-system reports align with the accounting system.
