Job Description

Commercial Telemarketer Location: HarrogateSalary: £20,000Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

If you have answered yes to the above, then we want to hear from you!The OpportunityYou’ll play an important role for initiating outbound calls to businesses introducing the products and obtaining quotations for retail branches focusing specifically on Commercial Insurance.The Role
  • Find local business close to the branch in relation to the insurance industry
  • Prospect clients via inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture sales opportunities
  • Accurately record the customers personal information on the database
Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a driven and flexible individual with sales and call centre experience. A strong sense of delivering exceptional customer service to customers is a must.Furthermore, we are looking for the following:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills both externally and internally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
