Job Description

Commercial Director £90-£120kHarrogate The Client:Our client is a specialist within the financial sector who’s core values focus on excellent customer service whilst maintaining its reputation as a market leader’. This organisation has seen significant growth in recent years’ and are now looking to create a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director.The Role:

  • Shaping the commercial strategy & developing the company vision
  • Provide commercial support to the CEO/MD
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify & develop new market opportunities
  • Set, track, report on and deliver against agreed growth targets
  • Drive profitability through sales, marketing, recruitment
  • Manage the sales pipeline
  • Develop & monitor quality metrics
  • Identify and prioritise strategic initiatives
  • Communicate effectively across departments
  • Work closely with the compliance team
  • Manage, coach and mentor across the business
  • Help lead the organisation
  • Delivering change
  • P&L, pricing, budgeting & forecasting
  • Tradeshows & industry events
  • Constantly drive efficiencies within the business
  • Stay abreast of technology and other market forces
  • Improve brand value
