This post will have the responsibilities of senior nurse with strategic responsibility for leading and managing all clinical services within college.Ensuring compliance to the statutory duties for the college in relation to CQC fundamental standards of care under the TDDI regulation and for the college systems and processes for serious incidents/adverse incidents, duty of candour and organisational learning.The clinical lead will ensure:A culture that ensures the voice of students, carers and staff are heard and the interests of students and the community remain at the heart of discussions and decision making.Contribute to strategic developmentThe highest possible quality services are provided, securing the best possible outcomes for students with a focus on quality, integration and innovation.Clinical systems developed, based on best practice following local, national and international guidelines.Budget setting and managementStrategic management of the assessment process
