It demands someone who can manage and lead a team of engaged colleagues to continually improve the customer experience and branch performance.In this role, you will;* Ensure all branch activity is centred around the customer and ensuring they have the best possible experience* Closely work with customers to make sure you build relationships and understand their needs* Have a hands on role from serving in the yard to handling materials* Lead a team of 3 othersWhat kind of person are we looking for First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working.
