Job Description

My client, an industry leader, are looking for an Audit and Compliance manager to join their team. This is a fantastic role for a candidate who has experience auditing internal processes and ensuring that they are being complied with. You will be involvedin completing site visits to complete audits, as well as looking at company accounts. This is a great role for a candidate experienced in Compliance and Audit and one you can really grow within - you will have the opportunity to build a team in the futureand also to branch out to other areas of this business. The company are ambitious and will provide study support for any extra qualifications needed to assist you in your role. This role is hybrid with a 3 day in the office 2 day WFH policy. You will alsomanage another member of staff.Salary: up to £40,000 DoEDuties:

  • Planning and completing audit visits (around the country as and when necessary and can be on your office days)
  • Attending monthly meetings
  • Reviewing audits to ensure compliance
  • Monthly company updates on audit figures
  • Providing training where needed
  • Ensuring all monies are being stored using the correct regulated procedures
  • Assisting in procedure development and compliance
