Are you looking for an Accounts Assistant in practice role If so, look no further.The CompanyWere working with an established accountancy practice based in central Harrogate. For over a decade they have built an impressive portfolio of small/medium size businesses across Harrogate. Their services include but not limited to payroll, corporation tax,personal tax, bookkeeping, year end accounts, self assessment & tax planning.The RoleAssisting in the management of a diverse portfolio of clients and being a point of contact for queries.Preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping and accounts prep work.Preparing and processing of VAT returns.Reconciling and allocating accounts and ensuring that all ledgers balance for month end process.Preparing accounts up to trial balance stage.Liaising with HMRC and ensuring that all associated deadlines are met.Providing excellent customer service at all times.General ad-hoc duties and supporting the wider accounts team.Desired ExperienceStrong excel skillsXero & Payroll Manager an advantageWorking in an accountancy practice experience at present is preferablePackage£25,000-£30,000p/a28 days annual leaveFree parkingBenefits:
