Accounts Assistant, £24,000, HarrogateDo you have broad experience in an Accounts function covering cashbooks, sales ledger, purchase ledger with elements of Management AccountsThis role will focus on the general day to day processes with the aim to take on assisting the Management Accountant in the monthly processing and reporting tasks. The role will also include any ad-hoc account related tasks supporting the team.Skills Required:• Previous experience within a varied accounts role• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.• Strong communication skills• Ability to work within a team but also on your own initiative.Responsibilities:• Daily Banking and reconciliations• Monitoring and processing refunds• Processing monthly expenses• Support to Purchase Ledger role including and not limited to reconciliations and invoice processing.• Support to Sales Ledger• Assisting with Travel and Orders • Audit prep assistance• Month End prep assistance• Supporting the Management AccountantIn return you will be offered:• £24,000• On-site parking• Hybrid working options.• 22 days holiday plus bank holidaysIf you would like to find out more about the role call Nicola on the office number or to apply email in your CV.INDACT
