Job Description

Job Title: 1-1 Level 3 Practitioner - Outdoor Learning NurseryLocation: HarrogateEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: ImmediateAre you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner with a love for outdoor learning Join our dynamic team in Harrogate and be a part of an innovative outdoor learning nursery that fosters holistic development in a natural environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years.
  • Implement and enhance the outdoor learning curriculum.
  • Conduct engaging and age-appropriate activities, fostering curiosity and exploration.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working with children in a 1-1 setting.
  • Passion for outdoor learning and a commitment to child-centered education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.
