Call Centre ExecutivePrevious Call Centre/Selling Experience NeededA fast-growing motor dealership with a strong preposition to offer, are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to sell the preposition through our call centre department and convert enquiries in to deals.Here is a snap shot of what your daily duties includes:- Converting Inbound enquiries into appointments.- Sell finance preposition over the phone and take deposits on calls.- Making outbound telephone calls and follow up leads.- Multi Channel activity throughout - using emails, live chat to convert leads within an agreed SLA. - Updating customer database using CRM system.- Work within FCA regulated environment.
