Job Description

Job title: AV Technician.Department: Technical.Reports to: Technical director.Works with operations, logistics team, project managers, warehouses and clients.Salary: 24-30KLocation: Harlow, Essex (office) & London (venues)Start date: ASAPFor this role you will be responsible for the transport, build, operation, maintenance of equipment used in the events, retail, permanent install, exhibition and studio environments.Main responsibilities for this role:

  • Set up, operate and breakdown of equipment.
  • Execution of specific projects.
  • Report damaged or missing equipment.
  • Vehicle checklists.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Assisting other technicians.
  • Preparing equipment.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Assist warehouse duties when needed.
  • Stock taking.
Skills needed:
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Move around kg boxes.
  • Good communication.
  • Broad knowledge of AV.
  • Good repair skills.
  • Must be creative and resourceful.
  • Able to take instructions.
  • A positive and team player attitude.
  • Must drive.
